I've been planning to go swimming for a long time, but I can't fit it into my schedule, I have to sacrifice football or gym 
I think in the year 2025, I need to give ourselves a challenge 💪🏻
Because even the doctor recommended me swimming

Tbh I don't do much, but when I do I just hit the gym. Or swimming.

In the summer I swim a lot, I'm actually a trained lifeguard
