1/5: The community has expressed concerns about my recent on-chain sales of Degen. To address this, I've repurchased all recently sold tokens. For transparency, I want to outline my ongoing plans: Currently, 5% of the total token supply is vesting over two years, with no cliff.

>bought back all recently sold $DEGEN
>changed vesting from 2 to 5 years
>will sell monthly, stopping at 0.75% of supply
>remainder will be held "long term"
>tomorrow is @jacek's birthday 🎂

those who bring up such talk (I mean talk about suspicious sales) are probably not so honest... and probably judge for themselves...

okay... it happens, yes... it wasn't a good moment, 😅 but anyway at least it made everything clear... transparency is important, especially when you trust such a large and diverse human masses

It's part of the game. Jacek's accidentally timely sale came during a market downturn and after the L3 was down for several days. Bad timing (fine) but good fud fertilizer.

So the underlying problem is, we as people, kind of suck.  Mob mentality seems to be so much easier than just trying to independently understand what’s going on.  I can only assume the sells happened for a reason.  People gotta chill

Agree. Backpedaling a market sale is all well and good, but also kinda pandering to the community. Shows us that, if we bully you, you might capitulate. Produces bad faith imo.

He really isn’t a bad guy.  The timing wasn’t the best but when you’re in that position almost everything you do is going to be panned
