@rdubb you haven’t even staked into the DAO , what do you mean “active founders” I have been participating in this project since day one.

Secondly , the founder shovel tokens were intended to be distributed to the first 12 unique individuals to purchase a City Noun . That seems to be the case but I’ll have to recheck the addresses. Regardless , it is an interim solution much preferable to a hand selected committee . 

You continually try to dismiss valid concerns as petty and contrived but I believe the facts speak for themselves.

It’s really disappointing to see @rdubb refer to the blatant Sybil wallet use as “manufactured controversy.” 
If that’s the case @rdubb then why do you not provide evidence or counter-data?

And the reframing of the issues? Instead of just looking at is the governance being manipulated, you ask “Should we preserve founder-led leadership vs. hostile takeover by critics?”  Which is again- not accurate. The self appointing council is not founder led leadership . And just because there are crtics, doesn’t make them hostile.

You and @zamees have refused to address these claims with anything that shows that they are invalid. 

 If there is no threat to decentralization, then there should be no fear of transparency, audit, or a DAO-wide governance reset.
