That day, I did her hair with all the love in the world.
I did her makeup gently: just enough to let her little face shine without losing its innocence.
She wore that midnight blue outfit full of magic.
And she stepped onto the rink… like she was born there.

She didn’t wear kneepads,
because this wasn’t a game:
it was artistic roller skating.
And she already knew what it meant to fly without wings.

I don’t think she realized it, but she was turning the floor into a stage,
movement into art,
silence into applause.

I look at her now…
that same posture, that same presence.
Sielo, then and now:
with the same fire.

And I think:
that little girl wasn’t competing.
She was rehearsing to become a legend✨
