šŸ›¼āœØ The rink, the dress, and that look in her eyes That day, I did her hair with all the love in the world. I did her makeup gently: just enough to let her little face shine without losing its innocence. She wore that midnight blue outfit full of magic. And she stepped onto the rink… like she was born there. She didn’t wear kneepads, because this wasn’t a game: it was artistic roller skating. And she already knew what it meant to fly without wings. I don’t think she realized it, but she was turning the floor into a stage, movement into art, silence into applause. I look at her now… that same posture, that same presence. Sielo, then and now: with the same fire. And I think: that little girl wasn’t competing. She was rehearsing to become a legend✨

🌿✨ Inverso: a perspective that transforms ✨🌿 Today I want to share an experience that touched me deeply: the installation Inverso by Nicola Costantino, exhibited at the Centro Cultural Borges, Buenos Aires, Argentina. ā£ļø This piece is an inverted garden where roots grow toward the sky and ceramic flowers, made with the Japanese nerikomi technique, extend downward, reaching for the earth. ā£ļø As I contemplated it, I felt as if the natural order had been turned upside down, inviting me to question our relationship with the environment. The artwork is not only visually striking but also challenges us to drastically change how we interact with nature, focusing on regenerating the resources we use. It’s interesting how sometimes we need to see things from an unusual angle to truly appreciate them. Inverso reminded me of the importance of looking beyond the obvious and questioning our daily actions

šŸ“ø This is me now, but with the memory of those years alive. Long hair, fiery red, blasting Limp Bizkit, KISS, and Animal like I needed to scream without words. (spanish below) Behind me is the Rolling Stone logo, a nod to when music was everything. I tattooed Animal’s logo on my shoulder to never forget that energy, fire, and rebellion. Animal is an Argentine hardcore icon from the ’90s, with raw lyrics and brutal power. For me, they were a cry of identity and authenticity. I felt music understood me more than anyone. I loved hardcore, went to shows, wore black lipstick, and often felt misunderstood. Maybe it was true, or maybe I didn’t understand myself. But music was always my refuge. Now I’m a mom and so much more, but that girl never left, she just changed her rhythm. šŸŽµ Sometimes parenting is hardcore too. It’s intense and exhausting, but when a good riff plays, that rebel girl sings inside me again.
