I mean, my preference would be that none of it gets enforced by laws.

But I also get annoyed by running groups not respectfully using sidewalk space and impeding people with mobility issues.

It’s something a bit more like a traffic flow and safety issue.

I’ve never hurt anyone with my noise but police shut it down. 

I’ve seen running groups yell at toddlers to get out of the way, and cyclists have killed multiple people in vancouver while not yielding to pedestrians.

I just want both nuisances policed equally.

Groups of 3-4 are fine. Groups that assemble en masse are, imo, psychotic.
