Herniated a disc in my back yesterday in an unfortunate soccer collision and wow, I have never felt anything this horrible in my life. Taking any and all recs from people who have recovered from back injuries. 💛

Do what the doctor says, take care of yourself and rest etc.

I've had a long road myself and was able to stay active duty in the military (usually people get kicked out after the first because they can't maintain the physical standards).
