What effect will the Dencun upgrade have on the L1 gas fees?  I understand it will greatly benefit the rollups by like a 10X factor on gas fees, but will it have any meaningful impact on L1 gas fees?  Or is the L1 essentially going to transition to a layer for institutional wealth and whales to transfer on this cycle?
