Problem is a large portion of Reddit's user base would sooner remove their own eye than get it scanned 😅

Cool concept but there are security concerns regarding the actual deletion of the biometric data when requested by users.

There are tools that will delete/redact your comment history. Redact.dev is one. 

Pretty crazy though that Reddit itself doesn't offer this.

Yeh, I wrote a script and did it. They rate limit you, so it took days.

Clear they want to do everything they can to keep your data.

I recently deleted my Reddit account and learned Reddit keeps all of your posts, and just "disassociates" your account from them. there's no option to delete everything.
