What constitutional rights of citizens are being violated. Please inform us?

If the national guard starts arresting people in California, which is something Trump is telling them to do, it will be a clear violation of the fourth and fourteenth amendment.

The US military *can not* be used for domestic law enforcement, and it's absolutely insane that people are rooting for that to happen.

If the national guard reports to the state, why is the governor of California having so much trouble getting them to leave?

Furthermore, the only time that the national guard isn't covered by Posse Comitatus is when they are working directly under orders from the governor, which is absolutely not the case here.

Finally, the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures. An arrest is considered a "seizure." For a seizure to be lawful, it must be based on probable cause. If National Guard members were to detain individuals without the legal authority to act as law enforcement officers, such detentions could be deemed unreasonable seizures in violation of the Fourth Amendment.

You are absolutely wrong, the national guard is not covered under the Posse Comitatus act. The national guard reports to its state and can be used as an LEO force. 

A violation of the fourth amendment? Do you know what that is? Explain how using the national guard as riot control is a violation.
