I've just looked at the top 1000 casts based on most likes recieved since Sunday, April 21, and it turns out that @imthedude has casted 175 of them. That's 17.5% of the top-performing casts in the last three days. If this isn't spam, I don't know what is! But somehow, this person still has the power badge.

Shouldn't the user be getting nerfed on Warpcast though? What they are doing is not ambiguous

If the casts perform they perform I've literally never seen him in my feed tho so I'm fine over here and algo seems to be working in that regard

If we want devs to use the Power Badge for anything useful, we need to check the results first. I checked today and was not impressed. It's not just this user btw, there are many more. If we don't care to solve for spam, then the only feeds that are useful are ones u manually create which WC wont let u do atm

early days for power badge, my guess is it gets better. But hear you that you looked at the data and didn't work well for your use case so it's good feedback regardless for the team

It’s not a very unique use case. I simply pulled the top 1000 casts based on most likes in the last 3 days that were made by users holding the power badge. Jam used to offer this as a feature, where you could rank any feed by most likes, replies, and recasts. You can’t get a clean feed today if you did that.
