So you know how when you set up a new computer, you have to hunt for all the apps and software you want by clicking dozens of buttons in the App Store, downloading things from a bajillion websites, and tweaking all the settings? A bunch of smart cookies created software like Homebrew and Nix to help automate all of those steps in a consistent and replicable way. Developers and system admins absolutely love it and I absolutely see why. https://warpcast.com/darrylyeo/0x002633b1
