It’s free money to tip out that makes you eligible for end of season bonuses + the ability to receive allocations for future seasons (expected value for S4 allocations will be north of $15k) Plus you’ll earn $tipn if you tip the allocation out You don’t need to use it, but if you don’t you won’t be eligible for future seasons of allocations

couple things to consider: - budget for week 2 is bigger than week 1, so we can increase allocations for active / effective allocators - end of season rewards (which you keep, and are more concentrated) are paid out based on effective of a tipper you are, and are unrelated to allocation size during the previous wise
