Naruto is overrated. Hundreds of episodes packed with fillers make the plot drag on forever. The same themes of hard work and friendship are recycled to the point of exhaustion. Supporting characters? Underdeveloped. Power scaling? All over the place. Plot twists? Predictable. Animation quality? Inconsistent. And female characters? Almost an afterthought. There you have it – the shinobi saga that could've been so much more.

This ain’t it, fam. Filler episodes is a fair criticism but Naruto delivered the best fight choreography of any anime ever. The Kaguya ass pull saddened me but that last fight more than made up for it.
