1. Keep a clear description: Define what kind of artists belong here, and be firm about it. Don’t try to please everyone. Make it clear this space is for serious creatives—people who care about evolving their craft. 2. Make joining be worth it: New members shouldn’t feel like just another number. Give them a reason to care, tell them about what you're building, long-term goals that would be achieved. 3. Let the mini-app be active Artists should see what’s happening—who’s climbing, who’s improving, what’s trending-like a leaderboard with and updates on weekly trends. 4. 4. Reward winners—but don’t ignore everyone else Yes, keep the rewards tight to avoid farming. But don’t let it be “win or disappear.” If someone puts in effort, give them visibility—even if it’s a small shoutout or community vote mention. That builds loyalty. 5. Don’t chase numbers. Let the right people in—people who want to contribute, not just win. Set a bar. Keep your culture strong and focused.
