chicken liver in bacon
ingredients:
chicken liver 350 g
bacon pack (13 slices)
salt, spices, garlic
soy sauce b/s 1 tbsp
preparation:
- wash the liver, cut in half, put in a bowl
- add salt, spices, garlic, soy sauce, mix. leave to marinate for 20 minutes
- put on a cutting board strip of bacon, put a piece of liver on the edge, roll it up in bacon. If necessary, fasten with a toothpick
- place on a baking sheet, grease with the remaining marinade
- bake in a pre-baked preheated oven at 200° for 15 – 20 minutes 1 reply
