Good afternoon, everyone! 🌤️ Who wants to grab some ice cream with me today? This treat is super famous here in Ha Long City, Vietnam — it’s called coconut ice cream with tapioca pearls! It’s made from creamy coconut ice cream topped with chewy black pearls made from tapioca starch. There are so many flavors to try! 🍦 I always love tasting new dishes whenever I travel or go on a work trip. And this time, it’s a mix of both — work and adventure!
