zucchini casserole with minced meat 😋
ingredients:
minced meat 500 g
tomato paste 30 g
water for tomato paste 30 g
squeezed zucchini 320 g
cheese 70 g
egg 3 pcs
sour cream 100 g
greens 10 g
tomato 100 g
salt, spices
preparation:
- fry the minced meat in oil until done, add salt, spices, tomato paste diluted in water. stir, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- grate the zucchini, squeeze out excess liquid.
cut the tomatoes into rings, chop the greens, grate the cheese
- grease the baking dish with oil, put 1/2 of the zucchini on the bottom of the dish, put the minced meat on top, then the remaining zucchini. put the tomato rings on top
- for the filling, mix sour cream, eggs, herbs, salt and spices
- pour the filling over the casserole, distributing it evenly over the entire surface. sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
- cover with foil, bake at 180° for 30 minutes
- remove the foil 10 minutes before the end of baking to brown the casserole. 2 replies
