thank you for $TIPN rewards! very few holders, something needs to be done about it... why not try a rating system, and give out an allowance like $degen started, to attract people? Maybe change the approach a bit?

great idea, maybe based on the neural rating we can do an allovan distribution and the old simple scheme 100 $TIPN - looks great
