@dadoen & @newtp are both at the top 20 of the leaderboard after less than a week of being on this app. how? they’ve both: 1. posted consistently on one channel -> for dadoen it’s /firefits, for newt it’s /science, where they’re both gotten noticed for their regular VALUABLE posting!! 2. replied to their audience -> not only under their own posts, but on the content their own audience posts as well!! i’d love to see them: 1. share more on their take on farcaster so far, as people who have both been content creators for years (dadoen on instagram, newt on various platforms) and are finally getting noticed for their hard, consistent efforts. what do they find different about this place? what do they see the potential of this being? i’ll leave them (or anyone in the replies) to answer, but for now, all we can do is admire what happens when good people get what they’ve long deserved 🤜🤛

One of my favorite parts has been posting on multiple channels! Whenever I post an outfit I’ll post on /firefits, whenever I post food I’ll post on /food, if I post a photo of my cat I’ll post on /cats. Finding respective channels to share everyday experiences has been very useful! As for what distincts farcaster from other platforms I’ve used, I really think it’s the people. The mentality is to support one another in sharing everyday thoughts & experiences. In contrast, people on other platforms are focused on setting trends & appealing to the masses. I find that people on farcaster are not trend oriented, but rather community oriented. I think thats what I like most about this platform. I don’t need to follow a trend as much as I need to engage with the community. I think thats beautiful 🥰
