Weight Loss update: 195.9 Here’s a tip: If you know you need to drink half your body weight on water, and you’re being a lazy bugger like I can be from time to time. Try to hit 1 litre of water within the first 2 hours of the day. It’s much better than making the decision to drink a litre before you go to bed .

Keep going you are doing great. I found adding sugar free electrolytes to my water helps with consumption, I’m drinking 3 liters a day.
