🚀 USDC Issuer Circle Files for IPO on NYSE! 😊  

Circle, the company behind the #2 stablecoin USDC, has officially launched its IPO with 24M shares of Class A stock. The shares will trade on NYSE under ticker "CRCL."  

Major banks like JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and Citigroup are leading the offering, with European giants Barclays and Deutsche Bank also involved.  

The IPO includes 9.6M new shares from Circle and 14.4M from selling stockholders. Underwriters may get an extra 3.6M shares for over-allotments.
