Not every day feels motivational. Sometimes I’m doomscrolling mid-walk, basically half-asleep. But I still walk. Even if it’s not perfect. Even if I’m grumpy (yes, I did bet money on this). Consistency isn’t always pretty. But it works. You don’t need to feel inspired. You just need to keep walking. 10-15K steps a day — and both your body and your brain will thank you.
