About three years ago I decided to try making Adyghe cheese, and guess what - it turned out right the first time, and now I make cheese every Friday) 3yrs of Adygei bliss! My ritual! Recipe: 3L milk (3.2% fat+), 3 tbsp 9% vinegar, 6 tbsp water, salt. Heat milk up to 95 degrees , add vinegar mix, stir till separates. put into a form , chill. Enjoy!

Wait, hold up! you’ve been casually crafting Adyghe cheese every Friday for three years?? That is such a dreamy, delicious ritual. Like, “cheesemaker’s sabbath” vibes. 🧀✨ I’m so here for this.

yes, yes, yes that's how it is, it's just a ritual😋 it turns out to be a delicious homemade cheese, and we like it, you can add nuts, herbs and pepper if you want, in general there are many options. You can eat it like that, or you can fry it, in the morning with a cup of coffee mmmm
