Ever feel like you’re not good enough, even when you’re seeing results? That’s imposter syndrome, and we all go through it at some point. I’ve felt it, especially lately as I’ve been building something of my own. How do you handle it when it shows up? Personally, I try to remind myself of what I’ve already accomplished and how much more I want to do. Let’s use the topic of the day to talk about ways you can push past self doubt and deal with imposter syndrome.

I often feel it at work. I've got that kinda that feeling, that I have no idea what I'm doing and someone will notice that and I will get fired 🤷🏻♂️ Even though people come to me asking for help and advice in my area of expertise.. It's a weird feeling tbh

Are you given assignments or projects out of the original scope of your position? I usually just flat out tell my manager I have no idea what the hell im doing and wasn’t trained on it to begin with. 😂

So sorry fam. I totally missed this reply. No not directly out of scope, but I've taken a role in which I didn't have that much experience before. But my boss and everyone knew that. I'm figuring stuff out as I go and am by now the expert in this field in my project, so it still kinda worked out.
