I have a problem of not eating when I'm sad, eating feels impossible. I know my body needs something, I know skipping meals only makes it worse, I know I need to fuel myself with something but I sit there, staring at the food, trying to convince myself to take a bite and but I just can’t, I force myself sometimes and I end up throwing up. People say "you've not met hunger yet" "you're not trying hard enough" but it's not that i don't want to eat or I don't feel hungry or i also don't love eating, i just can't no matter how hard I try to force it and I've been struggling with this for days now and I'm just tired, i really want it to stop and feel okay again

Do you have any comfort foods that could stir up some hunger? Or maybe soup! I also struggle with eating sometimes even though I want to eat and need to eat but just don’t have an appetite. I usually find drinking my food is helpful. That way I don’t have to chew or “eat” anything but I’m still putting nutrition into my body.
