I'm a tea nerd in general -- I switch it up between matcha, regular green tea, pu'erh and oolong. Been drinking a lot of this really good, very earthy green tea I bought from a nomad market in Mongolia in 2023. Right now I'm sipping on some really good ripe pu'erh I just got from China.

I order a lot my tea from Yunnan Sourcing, which this American guy runs out of China with his wife. He posts videos of them tasting different teas and just relaxing in fields as he describes the flavor. Living the dream.
