I was recently hired through LinkedIn, here what worked for me, hope this helps.

I made a highly optimized LinkedIn and resume to align with my career and industry goals to weed out recruiters who are looking for someone else. Wrote customized cover letter for the roles I was really interested. Some people even customize their resumes for each role.

Make sure your resume contains keywords in machine readable format as you need to first get through the automated scrapers, then the receuiter/HR before it even lands in front of the hiring manager.

Leverage AI heavily, otherwise you're doing a full-time job to get out 10% as many applications.
