Oh well, for the 3rd time or so I failed to use the correct chain on Zora. So instead of ETH on Base, ETH on mainnet was used. And I haven't seen the tokens yet (4-5 hrs ago). 😂
Anyway, initiated a new tx and got tokens immediately. 
I'm too stupid for crypto.

Good question. I think, they are different things. It's like two different items of merchandise. 
Maybe the implications are more far reaching but that's my initial thought.
