of course! 1 egg sweetner of your choice 4 tbs of oats or oat flour vanilla extract/lemon juice/cacao powder/cinnamon or whatever you want 1 tbs of baking powder 1 tbs of yogurt or milk chocolate chips (optional) mix everything and bake for 25 min at 180⁰ C, you can double the ingredients to make a bigger portion!
