Making social media completely open to devs might be the web3 social killer use case. Correcting the FB/Zynga original sin. Credible neutrality and a lower reliance on ad biz models allow devs to build apps/clients without fear. ๐งช Can experiment without having to bootstrap distribution and social graph. ๐ธ๏ธ

Bots were never the way. Users want GUIs, easy auth, and rich interactions. Bots worked for web2 bc they were an integration that kept the user in the core app. Mini-apps / Frames are a deeper integration that will play out differently. Successful Frames will seamlessly convert to their own client.

Agree, but there needs to be more 3rd party clients built on top of farcaster that succeed. Right now as a frame creator we are still heavily reliant on warpcastโs algorithm for distribution which seems to be changing daily atm

Yes, yes, and yes! I've been thinking a lot about the aspect of discoverability and how that developed in previous internet iterations like mobile. Some interesting expriments are coming onto Warcaster soonโข
