Looking to put a bit more organization and structure around my family, running it more like a business. Any tips from people currently doing this?

This is roughly what we have now, and are finding we need more frequent checkins. I think we also need to write more stuff down, and am searching for a good process around that.

Maybe quarterly? We use Google docs but it’s admittedly a mess. My startup runs on Notion but that barrier might be too high for my non-techie wife.

Also started a chore chart for the toddle. She earns stars ⭐️ for feeding our dog (dumping dog food on the floor 😂). Middling success with it but hopefully builds habits for picking up toys, potty training, etc over time.

I tried notion too, and was unsuccessful at onboarding the wife. Gonna try Apple Notes or Google Docs instead I think
