how i coped with missing out on the olympics: - i rode my bike until it broke (i found that cycling was a great distraction) - hung out with my best friends all summer (cos life isn’t just sports and a laugh can help a hurting heart) - competed in long jump and set a new goal of jumping 6m ( which i accomplished) - oh and i got proposed to and got married 8 weeks later hahaha but thats another storytime
