Surprise! Bread from some places in *New Jersey* — baked in old coal ovens — is some of the best in the world. Add fresh roast beef made at that same spot, a generous layer of their house-made mozz from that morning, and a deep, rich jus on the side… and even *remarkable* doesn’t quite cover it.
