Sweet dry sherry, salted butter on toasted English muffin. Clean and uncomplicated yet full and satisfying. Finish: Long with lovely drawn out fade. Charred oak with lingering tannic notes punctuated by sweet and slightly salty caramel. Biscuitiness and good scattering of nuts. Continued sherry notes, orange zest, dried fruits.
