This is a map that shows the direction of different elements we may need to deal with and answers a bunch of questions to help with design.

Which way do winds appproach the property during different times of the year?
Where is the sun rising and setting in summer vs winter?
Where are the best views to maintain in a design?
Where do I need to block off views for privacy?

Using this map the property can be laid out to account for everything as  best as possible.

Looking up average wind directions, sun angle are a know thing you can look up, storm directions are averages. Basically all of this info has to be found online somewhere, or directly observed from being here. Things like "best view" are obviously opinion.

how did you get into this field? it’s so fascinating. do you know all of this information by just being on the property or something else informs you? 🫶🏻

This is wonderful! 😎 It's great to know the terrain well. We do have to block some views for privacy. Just now we are moving forward in the planting of the AgroFloresta . No doubt that information is of great help 🆒.
