You're not going to put one in SF are you? Seems like a funny location considering the relative close proximity of SF to where food comes from.

SF is inevitable for us (we want to be everywhere), but almost all produce only has a 72 hour window, post harvest, before itโs missing nutrients and flavor by the hour. Centralized farms still have a problem with that timing.

San Fran has their own produce wholesale terminal and a 2nd one right down the freeway 15 minutes. It's also close to the valley where shit is grown, mere hours away. Just saying ๐คทโโ๏ธ waste of money unless it's just for a flex. Shouldn't you build these where people actually lack access to fresh produce?

If I could build one right now near my home town (tier 4 market) thatโs been a food desert since before I was born, I would. But if we expand in tier 1 markets now, those profits can build out other markets and help sustain them. #1 priority is to not let the company die. Thats how we get to #2, 70 millions years back to humanity ๐จ๐ปโ๐พ
