Dumb AF IMO to buy indoor lettuce grown in a state known for its outdoor lettuce cultivation π these need to be located in cities, not where nature does a good job of it on its own.

Due to a changing climate even the massive outdoor lettuce industry there is in danger, you have main water sources like the Colorado river facing droughts. Indoor vertical farming is trying to address these threats through technology. Iβm hopeful for a future where existing and new tech farming systems can work together
