Fuck Spanish is good

But you can only really get it in Spain. No such thing as Spanish in America because the tapas culture just doesn’t exist here no matter how much yuppies try to make it happen.

In fact one could say that the health movement is American cuisine. Smoothies, protein shakes, vitamins, fasting, salads without dressings, veggie sticks ect ect. Or any food that a Venice beach snob would eat 😆 @dwr.eth weight in here

Distinct roots: disagree. American BBQ distinctly derived from American sports and suburban culture 

Tex Mex: from the southern border

Health revolution: from LA Hollywood “looks” culture

Fast food: from American work culture

I think the challenge with American cuisine is that it has many shapes and no one unique “sushi” or “burrito” stereotype moment that actually represents the cuisine (hot dogs)

The problem with American cuisine is that it mixes many cultures but doesn't have a very distinct root, also its not the healthiest 😅
