messaging within xmtp - quick question - what about within the farcaster client? have you then naturally also thought to expand to other messaging platforms, e.g. whatsapp, telegram, etc

Do you mean messaging within the Farcaster client? It currently works there too. We’re aiming to have these Lego pieces be as universal as possible.

Telegram would be awesome if they weren’t so focused on TON, but it’s still a possibility. Haven’t looked into WhatsApp yet, do they have an app ecosystem?

telegram re: TON, is unfortunate, but also has a huge userbase. line (klatyn) should be another to look at - huge in .jp.

whatsapp - no app ecosystem, but look at what chatgpt does with whatsapp for business. the better example is perplexity - they've taken it one level further atm.
