😆, traveling is the worst for sticking to good food, right? Those temptations hit hard! 
I’m all about stuff like yam, beans, plantains, and fruits—cassava and eba( baked garri from cassava) are my jam too.
 Rice is more of a once-in-a-while thing for me. When I’m on the road, I try to pack some fruits or find spots with stuff like grilled plantain to keep it chill.

thats true! What kind of diet are you on? I was having better diet but with traveling its really hard, i get tempted

I prefer to eat only organic food and avoid processed or refined foods, as many of them are unhealthy and have been tampered with.
