last year i had no job. i applied to over 150 marketing and creator roles and had 15 interviews everyone rejected me now i run my own community, did 20+ paid collaborations, and managed 3 creator campaigns with creators from my community. crazy how much can change in a year.

base batches 02 brought together teams building completely different things on @base.base.eth , and I wanted to hear directly from some of them. after the pitches, I grabbed a few founders for quick interviews, before I even knew who the winner was. and somehow I ended up talking to the actual winner @retrimentum.base.eth from upshot cards. I also spoke with @bvdaniels from @a0xbot , @beingwayne.eth from @dendotshow , @alitiknazoglu from @inflynce , and @gon0x.eth from @charmsai . each project has its own angle, but all of them are solving something real and much needed. here’s the first interview.
