gather around class! let’s talk existentialism. before we proceed, i’m going to ask two simple questions. the questions go: ‘what is the meaning of life, and how should we live it?’

IMO, life doesn't have a definitive meaning. Each person should go along with whatever it means to them. We shouldn't also dictate how people should live BUT I feel there are non negotiables like morality, love, kindness, etc which help to spread good. But as we know, people will do whatever they want. This just reminded me of Fyodor Dostoevsky.

Each person has to look out for themselves and what matters to them. I think that's the way to go. If you see that someone's perspective of life has a potential to harm you or whoever or whatever matters to you, do something about it. We can't tell people what to do but we can protect ourselves.
