Way behind on my matcha posting from London, but here’s one from back in the US. Kung Fu Tea is probably my favorite US boba place (and, trust me, I’ve tried them all), mostly because they seem to have the best/freshest boba (though, fun fact, I’m an agar guy and almost always get agar instead of boba). The new strawberry matcha series is phenomenal.
