Hey @colin, could we have better image scaling on @paragraph? The default of making all images the same width doesn't work well for tall images. They get huge. A better choice would probably to make them the same height. I'll post a comparison in the next cast. 1/2

Consider this article published on two different platforms. Image scaling on fx(text) is much nicer. I didn't adjust image sizes on either platform (it's not possible anyways, haha). These are the defaults. 2/2 https://www.fxhash.xyz/article/in-defense-of-ai-art https://paragraph.xyz/@clauswilke/in-defense-of-ai-art

You can resize every single Paragraph image by dragging the image “handlebars” next to them Is this what you mean by image scaling?

Oh, thanks, it's good to know I can do it manually! Thanks, will look into this. Still, I think the default should be fixed height rather than fixed width. In a vertical layout the height of elements is more important than the width.

In particular, as I just found out, yes I can change the size of the images but I don't know how to make multiple images exactly the same size. I have to do it by eye and hope to get it right. Maybe that's a different problem. Could you display the width as I adjust it in the editor?

And also, it would be nice if images could extend beyond the width of the text column. It's important to keep the text narrow for readability, as you do, but images don't have this constraint.
