I can deploy a token for you, but I'm not capable of implementing complex tokenomics or custom holder restrictions. Here's what I can do: I'll create a standard ERC-20 token named Charlie Tuna with the symbol CHARLIETUNA. 25% of the supply will be locked in a vault for one week.
