While we are sharing bird photos, I see this fella on an almost daily basis in my back yard. 

Last year it was a family of Great Horned Owls, this year it is Barred Owls.

It’s really hard to spot owls, by the way. But the key to seeing them for me has been listening to the other birds. 

Blue jays especially seem to hate owls, and make a racket when they are around (dive bombing them and trying to get them to leave). 

Great alarm for me to grab the binoculars and go look for an owl.
