Something flat and low is the best option specially for leg days, I think the best way is also for you to go to a store and test which ones are more comfortable for you, some people love some low vans but for some they doesnt work

It’s kind of a common sense to think because usually running shoes are also well associated with the gym image, I had to learn the hard way 😅 got some ankle problems for too much skate over the years and some problems was connected to wrong shoes use that causes me destabilities in exercises at the gym, so i’ve been collectin a lot of learns with people in the physiotherapy area
