If you need to lose weight but feel hungry all the time, try reducing carbs in your diet. It may help decrease your appetite. Also add more proteins in your diet.

A good tip is also not to reduce carbohydrates so much because they are also responsible for giving you energy that you will need to exercise and be burning calories, so it would be cool to replace very simple carbohydrates with more complex carbohydrates main roots, potatoes etc. this will make you continue to have a good amount of food in meals keeping you satiated and never hungry and keeping you with low macro carbohydrates (less calories) due to the difference that these complex carbohydrates have and they also have more nutritional value, and of course you will only reduce weight making a caloric deficit diet, at best it is always good to be accompanied by a nutritionist

Yep, we get healthy carbs from most foods. I meant avoiding refined carbs that people consume daily, like sugar, bread, biscuits, pastries, and soft drinks
