thank you lovely! it’s a fibromyalgia flare. my inflammation levels have been off the charts the past few days. not used to being in this much pain again. I am surprised by how hard it hit me. I’ve also noticed a few others with chronic pain mentioning theirs have amplified lately too. I find this curious. healing for all 🫶🏻🥰❤️

Oh Vera, I had some episodes of pain in the last weeks and I swear I thought so many times about people living with chronic pain. I couldn't even think straight, and life was so hard. Much love and appreciation, I can imagine how much this sucks.
